Large rooms, good bed, good location, good service, nice swimming pool downstairs and on the roof. Delicious breakfast and variety in dinner

Breakfast and dinner were very good and plentiful. The proximity to the beach was also good. The staff is very friendly and always helpful, 10 points.

It was relatively loud from the street. There could be more than 2 elevators for this large hotel.

The staff... I thought it was exceptional, Cristobal a crack, Natali and Cori... very nice... Well in general they are all very nice, the cleaning service is also very nice

The all inclusive. I found it terrible... Little variety in the food and almost nothing came in... Unless they were white marks, not even some sad little potatoes... I have been in other all-inclusives, much better
